The exhaust temperature of many power plant boilers in our country is higher than the design value, about 20-30 ℃ higher than the design value. Therefore, installing low-temperature economizers after power plant boilers to reduce exhaust gas temperature has important practical significance for saving fuel and reducing pollution.

At present, the exhaust temperature of domestic power plant boilers is mostly between 120 ℃ and 140 ℃, and some even reach over 160 ℃. Therefore, the decrease in exhaust gas temperature of boilers in China is significant, and the corresponding amount of standard coal consumption that can be reduced is also considerable. At normal boiler exhaust temperatures, boiler exhaust is also a potential source of heat, and many new technologies and equipment can be used to reduce the exhaust temperature of the boiler. Smoke exhaust loss is an important heat loss in boiler operation, generally about 5% to 12%, accounting for 60% to 70% of the boiler's heat loss. The main factor affecting exhaust heat loss is exhaust temperature. Generally, for every 10 ℃ increase in exhaust temperature, exhaust heat loss increases by 0.6% to 1.0%, resulting in an additional coal consumption of 1.2 to 2.4 g/kWh.

Reducing the exhaust temperature has important practical significance for energy conservation and emission reduction,Installing a low-temperature economizer in the tail flue of the boiler can achieve deep recovery of flue gas waste heat, increase power generation, reduce coal consumption, save desulfurization water consumption, and protect the chimney.

(4) Safe. Reasonably control the metal wall temperature of the heating surface and avoid the dew point of the flue gas. This is a prerequisite for ensuring that the heating surface does not leak, and all schemes must first meet this condition.

Using H-type as the heat exchange element, it has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, less ash accumulation, good anti-wear performance, and strong overall rigidity, and has good smoke exhaust waste heat recovery effect. There is a maintenance gap (usually 500-600mm) between the high temperature section and the low temperature section to facilitate maintenance. The low-temperature section of the components in contact with the flue gas is made of sulfuric acid resistant steel, ensuring a service life of at least 10 years for the entire machine. The smoke inlet adopts a guide plate and wear-resistant pipe structure, which ensures uniform smoke intake and effectively reduces wear.
